2. Our products

Dermexis products are cosmetics for external use. They are notified with the National Pharmaceutical Regulatory Agency (NPRA) under the notification numbers shown in the footer of every page. They are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat or prevent any medical condition. Results vary from person to person.

Read the full ingredient list on the box before use. Try a small amount on your inner arm for 24 hours before first use, and stop using the product if irritation appears. Product photos are for illustration and packaging may differ slightly from what is shown.

3. Prices and payment

• All prices are in Ringgit Malaysia (RM) and include any applicable taxes.
• Delivery charges, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay.
• Payments are processed securely by our payment provider, CHIP. Available methods, such as FPX online banking, debit or credit card and e-wallets, are shown at checkout. We never see or store your full card or banking details.
• If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

4. Orders

After payment, you will receive an order confirmation by email. We may cancel an order if stock runs out, if payment cannot be verified, or if the delivery address is outside our delivery area. If we cancel, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method. We may limit the number of sets per customer during the launch.

5. Launch offers

• The launch price of RM138 applies to the first 300 sets sold. After that, the set is sold at RM188.
• Free delivery applies to addresses in Kuala Lumpur and Selangor on orders of 2 or more sets in a single order.
• The first 300 customers who give their email address and leave an honest review receive a 20% discount code for their next order. Any star rating qualifies. The code is for one use by that customer only, and any expiry date is stated when the code is sent.

6. Delivery

• We deliver within Malaysia only.
• Orders are packed and sent within 1 to 3 working days after payment.
• Estimated delivery time is 2 to 5 working days for Peninsular Malaysia and 5 to 10 working days for Sabah, Sarawak and Labuan. These are estimates and may be longer during public holidays and sales periods.
• A tracking number is sent by email once your order ships.
• Please make sure your delivery address and phone number are correct. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address, a fee may apply to send it again.
• If your parcel has not arrived within the estimated time, contact us and we will follow up with the courier.

7. Returns and refunds

8. Use of this website

All text, images, logos and designs on this site belong to Dermexis Sdn. Bhd. or are used with permission. You may not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without our written consent. You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with its operation or attempt to access it in any unauthorised way.

9. Liability

We take care to keep the information on this site accurate and up to date, but it is provided for general information only. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 1999 or any other Malaysian law that cannot be excluded.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version shown on this page when you place an order is the one that applies to that order.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and any dispute will be handled by the courts of Malaysia.
